2010 – The Beginning in Kolkata

Started as a small trading unit supplying key raw materials like LABSA, Soda Ash, and Perfumes to local soap and detergent makers across West Bengal.The Gap We Saw

Our founder noticed a critical problem: Small MSME units were failing. Not due to lack of effort, but due to 3 key gaps: Poor-quality, overpriced machinery No access to qualified chemist support Unaffordable raw materials & inconsistent product quality2018 – Birth of Manufacturing

To solve this, we launched our own engineering workshop in 2018. We began manufacturing Sigma Mixers, Soap Cutters, and batch plants from 100kg to 500kg – specifically for MSMEs who couldn’t afford large imported machines. Joined hands with technical partners and quickly built a reputation across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam & North-East India for “low-cost, reliable machines + free formula support”.2018-2020 – Product Line & Turnkey Expansion

Added Duplex Vacuum Plodders, Ribbon Mixers, and Packing Machines to our range. Started offering complete turnkey detergent plant setups – Machine + Layout + Raw Material + Training.

Milestone: Crossed 200+ plant installations. Began exports to Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh.2021-2023 – Pan-India Growth + Digital Push

Scaled to 500+ clients across India. Strengthened our after-sales service network for faster support.

2022: Launched KTS Udyog Industries – our home care products arm. Now we manufacture Detergent Powder, Dishwash Soap, Liquid Detergent, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, leveraging the same MSME retailer network.2024-2026 – Current Status
